The Gite is close to the shops of the village (Restaurants, bakery, tobacconist, press, and small supermarket) to 10 min on foot. You can also enjoy the charm of the tapas bar located at 3 minutes on foot with its splendid terrace and its view on Leucate.
Access to the sea is by car, there are less than 10 minutes. Many walks are accessible from the house. The dwelling is a stone building dating back to the 10th century. Entirely renovated, it will charm you by its large rooms, and its heights under ceilings. You will enjoy all the modern comforts, a breathtaking panoramic view, and a unique location.
